Don King has over fifteen years of Southwest Florida real estate experience and has primarily worked as both a buying and selling Agent in the Fort Myers and Cape Coral markets. In 2001 Don successfully passed and received his Florida Brokers license and opened up Royal Palm Realty, a real estate company dedicated to providing expert local real estate analysis and sales, and the predecessor firm to King Residential & Commercial Real Estate Services. As Southwest Florida continued to flourish into the 2000's as one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the country, Don continued to further develop and enhance his experience and knowledge in the field of real estate attaining the following State certifications, licenses and credentials:
